Beginning Friday, July 1st all participants will need to fill out a new consent form prior to receiving a COVID test. This new consent form will be good through the 2022-2023 school year. You can access the consent form by logging into your Primary Platform account.   

All SLUSD students, staff, and families can access free COVID testing at the following locations:

San Leandro Adult School (Rapid Antigen tests)
1448 Williams Street 

• Monday-Friday: 8:30am – 12 and 1 – 3:30pm

Barbara Lee Center (PCR tests)
2251 Bancroft Avenue

• Closed until August 2, 2022
